Sheer's TIMED online tourney (5 stock 8 min)

Thanks to Madao and Danny_SSB, we will have our first stock tourney with timers in the history of NA ssb64 (that I know of anyway).

If you want to join you obviously have to know how to use these codes. So go figure it out before you join.

APEX rule set.

8 min timer for each match. If stocks are tied and time is up the lowest % wins.
